from Where do we derive our strength? What makes us strong? Is it in our DNA? Is it our training? Is it our name? Our brand that makes us strong strength is deceptive. It comes in all shapes and sizes. It can be found in many different places on many different faces. And it can be employed to achieve an infinite number of outcomes. Not all good. Not all bad. He can lift more. She can run farther. They have everything, don't they? They have it all figured out. Or do they? Strength is deceptive. There once was this strong house built with wood siding, brick, stone and steel panels. A testament to design strength, power And the rain fell and the floods came and the winds beat against that house and it fell. And great was the fall of it because it had its foundation on the sand. How do we strengthen what is already strong? How do we reach for higher goals when the bar has already been set at the limits of what others thought was humanly possible? To do that, we will remain focused on what got us to first place in the first place. The source of our strength. Our strength is derived from the core principles at our foundation a foundation built on a rock. A rock upon which we must continue to build our materials, air forge from the timeless values and provide unlimited potential. These principles thes values will never yield to trends. They will not fade out or go out of style. Grow stronger by taking care of others and yourself remain focused intentional in everything you dio you will be tested again and again and again And always remember We will become stronger together than we ever thought possible. The rains will fall, the floods will come. The winds will try to tear down what we've built or change our direction. But our house on the rock is strong. It will stand. We are strong, We will stand. We will continue our work our pursuits building on our foundation. Each one of us will be stronger and we will be stronger together stronger today stronger tomorrow always stronger
