it's tough to quit smoking. Just ask any of the 50 million Americans who continue to puff away, even though they know that told them to take Sile in longevity. When it comes to breaking this lethal habit, the most effective tool is will power. The American Cancer Society now offers a free video for those smokers who feel they can't quit alone. In the waters off the east coast of South Africa, 300 feet below the surface, divers searched for a creature that existed before the time of the dinosaurs, a living fossil. Some call it the ghost fish king of the sea, others monster of the Deep. For over half a century, the searches persisted. Those who come in contact with it or changed forever. A creature that offers tantalizing clues to the evolution of all life on Earth, including US, a creature thought to have been extinct for over 50 million years. In order to carbonate crepes, you'll need a cooler, dry ice, cardboard and grapes. Start by filling the cooler with a layer of dry ice on the bottom. You only need the bottom of the cooler covered, but you can add more for extra fists, then lee a sheet of cardboard over the dry ice. Proceed by placing the grapes in the cooler and let them sit for an hour or two. With the Coolidge sealed, the longer they sit more fizz the grapes will have.
