orcas are the largest of the dolphins and one of the world's most powerful predators, which is why they are commonly referred to as killer whales. Orcas feast on marine mammals such as seals, sea lions and even whales, employing teeth that could be up to four inches long. They've been known to grab seals right off the ice.
