I think that's great. I mean, I But I understand that like that. I mean, that's why we're doing this show, right? E think visibility is so important and yeah, especially if you're working with tourists, you know, they don't know. You probably don't know any lesbians if they're from small towns. And it's like, Hey, I'm a really cool chicken. I'm sure you're gonna get the best two of your life. And I'm a God, that lesbian, right? I love that, I mean, but one of the things about like talking as far as like, not being able to say it or not knowing how to say it for *** people that this, like minority stress article says, is intensified because for a long time we have to hide it. Not only do we go to this stress when we're 12 but we have to We have to be able to do it without being able to talk to anyone, friends or family. Yeah, So where a lot of minorities have community at from the day they're born to, like, sympathize with *** people. Don't unless your parents or ***, which one of the chances of that and and for some of us, it takes 20 years to find, to find someone to even begin to, like externalized these fears and concerns. And so we go 20 years with this minority stress and not being able to talk about or discuss it and all of this stress on our system. One of the research are one of the articles, and one of the research papers in the article mentions that all of the stress on our system in our young age creates a depletion of cortisol, which is a stress reducing her hormone. Because we we burned out from using it so much as Children and those those sensors of like am I. Am I being recognized in my standing the right way? Is all my clothes giving Mitt me away? Can I do this without giving myself away, convincing yourself that you're something you're not acting a specific way, like all those air stressors that are constantly being activated in young people, young people in the closet and you're depleting this. And so some doctors think the rates in of depression and alcohol dependence and drug dependence come in late. It's so high in *** people because they're burnt. The back of the brain is fried and they need something else to cope. That makes eyes. Isn't that insane? Yeah. Makes so much sense. A lot of things were, like, really clarified. It's like, Oh, these are feelings. I felt, um, actions. Do you actually do work or people that I know? And I'm like, Oh, and is it does seem to be more prevalent in our community and why? And so these are some possible options. Some possible reasons? Um, there's a really great quote. That's in the article that says no one has to. When you're growing up, no one has to call you a queer for you to adjust your behaviour to avoid being called that. Oh, yeah, right. Think about I just think about my whole life before before his 19 like that. That is every day.
