Quantum welcomes you to your three day guided meditation practice. Thes guided sessions will help you get acquainted with meditation, and hopefully they will help you develop the wonderful habit to get comfortable. Relax and let us guide you through this short five minute meditation. Hello and welcome to the wonderful Journey Meditation day. Our practice. We focus on our breath and the sensations it causes in our body. You know this meditation is over. When you hear a soft bell at the end of the century, find yourself a comfortable seat in close your eyes. Well, the world surrounding you listen to the sound. Feel any movement, notice any smell. Simply sit and perceive what you can about the environment. You don't have to try or change anything. Just rest your surroundings as they are. Slowly turn your attention inwards and start noticing the sensation of your body. Notice the points of contact between your body, your feet, your service to end of stability. Straighten your spine, freeing up the channel for your energy to flow. Here to confirm. Wait your hand resting. Oh, now concentrate on your greed. Inhale deeply and exhale every inhale your breath, moving lower grading war. Open space within your body. Feel your whole body leaving fresh, energizing, reading out A with tension and stress Notice where you feel the sensation of strong. Pay attention to characteristics of your breath. That is it. Food is it slow? Were relaxed fast in each other. Does it feel war cold, light or heavy? Observe all the range of sensations your breath is giving you rest your attention on your breath. Do not struggle to keep your focus. Just notice. Just receive without. Do not try. Just watch it closely but discreetly. Simply experience as it moves in, expanding and contracting the space.
