I am Dave Ending, executive coach with the John Maxwell team. And today my gasket is Brian. Reckon he's the author of Ah, Book Devotions from Proverbs. He's also the director of local ministries at Salem Media Group. A Welcome Brian. Great to have you here. Good to be here, Dave. So you've written this book Devotion from Proverbs, and you've gotten a couple of really strong endorsements. One is from Ron Walters, a senior VP of ministry relations with these Salem Media Group. And he said the devotions from Proverbs is more than a book. It's a lifetime resource and then also from your friend, pastor Jack Hibbs, from Calvary Chapel, Chino Hills. And he's a real radio host, he said. But I cannot think of a better way for a man or women to begin each day. Then they have a Bible in one hand and this tender devotion in the other. That's some pretty good endorsements. Brian spit strong and Jack is Ah, is a great man of God. Diane is literally an expert on Facebook, so we're very glad to have you with us. Diane. Welcome, head. A day of great to be here with you, so I've got a lot of questions asked. Let me get started here. So how does a business owner? Small business owner entrepreneur How did they know if they're ready to start using Facebook to run ads to get more leads to get more clients? What are your thoughts on that for someone who's just questioning? You know, as you know, a lot of business owners aren't really comfortable or familiar with with how Facebook works. So I'll be welcome. Glad to have you here. The pleasure to an honor to be on your program. Thank you. So tell us a little bit about legal shield for those who may have never heard of it. How long's it been around? And and how did this come to be? Well, that's very interesting story. It sounds like the same thing that a big company or a movie star might do is have an attorney on retainer and have them basically kind of like on call. It is a my hearing you right? Absolutely. So, Craig, it's a family owned business. Tell me a little bit more about what got you interested in this and how you got started. That's a great question. I didn't wake up one day saying, you know, gee, I'm gonna be a corporate in full street cleaner when I grow up. What happened was I was a realtor
