Villanova has won two national championships and has compiled an overall record of 103 and 13. This year's journey has been a run for the ages. The Wildcats defeated all six opponents by 12 points or more, including an impressive 95 to 79 blowout of Kansas on Saturday in the Final Four game. Villanova, of course, will lose national Player of the Year Jalen Bronson to the MBA draft. But other than that, the Villanova team will be okay. Returning key players like defense Kenzo and forward Air Paschal, who shot 10 of 11 in the Kansas win. Villanova coach Jay Wright has built a great program producing MBA talent and winning national championships. The Cats aren't done in. Their window is still open. Look for Villanova to be right there next year. An MBA action. The Pelicans air on an epic four game losing streak after a hard 5109104 lost the Oklahoma City on Easter Sunday. Russell Westbrook recorded yet another triple double, scoring 26 points and grabbing for 15 rebounds while dishing out 13 assists. Westbrook's ability to find his teammates down the stretch was what really propelled the thunder to the victory. First, on Wednesday, the Pelicans will play the awful 2156 Memphis Grizzlies at home than on Friday. They will travel to Phoenix to take on the last place Phoenix Suns. If the Pelicans can't win these games, they don't deserve a playoff spot. Those games will set up a huge Saturday night battle when the Pelicans take on the defending N B A champion Golden State Warriors. The Pelicans record right now is 43 34 they're currently holding onto the eighth seed in the Western Conference. New Orleans has no breathing room going into the last month of the season. They will have to stack wins that they're gonna be a playoff team in college baseball. LS you went to in one and last week's weekend? Siri's over their rival Mississippi State Bulldogs on Sunday. LS you showed off their ace pitcher Mikhail Hilliard, who tallied a career high nine strikeouts over six scoreless innings to help the Tigers win four to nothing and take the Siri's from the Bulldogs. Hilliard has been good all year. He improved his record to six and one on the season. LS you will take on Nickel State this Tuesday before hitting the road for a weekend series with the Texas A and M Aggies. The Grambling State Tigers took two out of three in their weekend, Siri's versus Texas Southern on Saturday Gs, You let it get a little bit out of hand, losing 18 to 7. But on Sunday, the Tigers regrouped and took the Siri's with a 98 Easter Sunday victory. Grambling's pitching has struggled all year, and sometimes their bets just don't show up. The defending national champion Florida Gators regained the number one spot after Organ State drops to number four with the loss. Four of this week's top 10 teams belong to the SEC conference.
