This game had 15 lead changes in 11 ties. The Jayhawks survived a scare when Dukes superstar senior Grayson Allen put up a hanging jump shot in the lane as time expired. The shot looks like a buzzer beater, but the shot was 3/4 of its way down until it barely rimmed out to send the game to overtime. Then, in overtime, the Jayhawks responded. Sophomore guard Malik Newman scored all 13 of the Jayhawks points to send the Jayhawks to their 15 Final Four in school history Kansas will take on Villanova in a heavyweight blue Bloods match up in the night camp of the Final Four from San Antonio, Texas.
