Casa Verde Home of Hope was the vision of Jose Arias. Jose was born and raised in Meta Gene, Colombia, a city known for poverty and crime. While doing missionary work in seminary, Jose was struck by the plight of meta genes, homeless Children. These Children live on the street, eat from garbage cans, suffer from horrible diseases and have a short life expectancy.
