So far there have been reportedly twenty-two overdoses in the past couple of weeks, with twelve resulting in death. Progressive organizations are suggesting that this narcotic has been federally smuggled into these neighborhoods, along with recent accusations of infiltrated members of hate groups being used as dealers.
