Hi, This is Maryland to Kahlo. Welcome to discarded meditation for welcoming change into your life. This meditation is 15 minutes and late, so please find a comfortable seat where you can remain undistracted away from noises and feel comfortable for about 15 minutes as you settle in, well, your body relaxing. I will fill my changing with positive and realistic attitudes and accept that each change brings with levels of growing that are necessary and good for me to experience. I understand the need for constant change and self betterment. This'll process of changes on going up and down three generations of people Eris and Seasons. Sometimes there seems to be no middle ground, no safe place to avoid change. This is especially true with me. So I will plan on progress. I will welcome change and I will build my future. Change must come into each life as day must follow night. What I do now determines what my changes will be and how I can grow with them. I bring my goals and ideals together into one vivid symbol or picture of how I will grow and become stronger and more loving. The right image will come and I will focus on this clear picture. The greater and more profound changes, the greater and more dynamic is my strength to meet these changes and grow through them e release and set free the burden of negative emotions, whether self inflicted or not, which I have felt from persons or events in my past. I release the feelings which I have imposed upon myself and held as I forgiven, bless other people and release these emotions. I feel better and more positive about myself. I am confident in the future I am planting. The seeds of my tomorrow are in my thoughts my plans, my words, my touch, my actions and my emotions. I wholeheartedly embraced the joyous responsibility of change in my life by liking myself by taking care of my body by letting my emotions grow constructively and by lovingly sharing my joy with others in the eternal. Now I am making me a more positive person. I bless those who have taken care of me in the past, when those who will share my life in the future, I give and receive blessings each day and grow to be a happier, more loving person. With each season of change in my life. And I bless myself for Carrie, about myself and about my growth, I developed my will to change and my will to succeed. I have created a new habit of joyfully welcoming change at all levels of my life. I appreciate change, for it brings new opportunities for positive action. I am thankful for the many positive changes which have already happened within me around to me and through me. I am thankful for the exciting change is yet to come. I welcome them knowing that the continuity of life is change. I am becoming all that I am capable of being take a deep breath in and slowly relationship breath and now gently allow yourself your body to start to come back into the room. Feel the seat you're sitting against, allow your toes and fingers toe, wiggle and gently open your eyes.
