welcome to your meditation practice. Begin by finding your comfortable meditation seat. When you've arrived in that shape, let the eyes close and begin to become an internal observer. Take note of any parts of the body that are not yet comfortable. Breathe into those parts of the body and let the breath sent to these spaces equal. Relax, ation. Settle into your seat, find full comfort and then simply sit and know that you're sitting. As the mind begins to wander, as it tends to do, know that you can control your awareness. Bring it back to the present moment and continue to sit and know that you're sitting. Breathe and know that you're breathing. Be an internal observer of your natural tide of breath. Find comfort in that. There is no need to alter the breath. It is perfect home and complete, just as it is. You are perfect, whole and complete, just as you are in this present moment. Simply observe this natural tide of breath and feel complete within yourself. As you do. Watch the breath as you take care in, and as you let air out, breathe and know that you are breathing as thoughts begin to enter the mind, acknowledged them. Let them go and bring your awareness back to yourself back to your breath. Simply observe. Simply breathe. Be an internal observer of this natural complete tide of breath that you already hold within yourself that you already do perfectly call awareness and attention is on the natural tight of breath that you already have moving through the body. Breathe and know that you're breathing. Breathe and know that the breath is already a perfect and complete tied within your body. Sit and know that you're sitting. I know that you were whole and complete within yourself, just as you are. Let the chin fall gently toward the chest. Bring the hands together at heart center. Thank yourself for this time spent devoted to your body and to your breath. We'll see you next time. Nomis day
