Newsroom A Tulsa, Oklahoma jury found Officer Betty Shelby not guilty in the September 16th 2016 shooting death of Terence Crutcher. The officer claims she feared for her life when Crutcher refused to follow orders, but Crutcher's family still maintains he was murdered. Meanwhile, the Justice Department says they will conduct their own investigation to see if Crutcher's civil rights were violated. The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit against the city of Pensacola, challenging the city's pain handling ordnance that was passed for three by the City Council last week. The band prohibits people from asking for money and also charitable donations in certain parts of the downtown area. Driver's education Students in Santa Rosa County will not be out on the road this summer due to insurance reasons by the dealer who supplies the cars, the dealer says. The problem is the students take the driving portion on the road instead of a controlled environment such as a driving range. At the school, students can still take the class and get their permits, but they will not be able to take their road test.
