It all started in 1998. Why Countries Summer Jam. It was a song Why Countries? Summer Jam is an all ages cancer featuring headliners that are rising in the country music ranks from 2005 to 2011. The event was part of the Sunday festivities of the former Venetian Festival on the ST Joseph River. Each year since its inception, Summer Jam has grown into a spectacular community event. What we've got is a fashion summer gem at the Shadowlands. A 1,000,000 in ST Joseph. Michigan has always highlighted new in rising country performance, which has directly attributed to the success of this event. Some of the past performers for Why Countries Summer Jam include Toby Keith, Blake Shelton, Little Big Town, Darryl Worley, Jack Ingram, Luke Bryan, Lee Brice Harm, Aly Cassidy, Pope, 1000 Horses and many more. A big part of being able to put on a concert such as this is our sponsors.
