Welcome to the ocean meditation. I invite you to relax and get comfortable. Take a deep cleansing breath. Let everything go. This is your time to rest and relax. Now take another deep breath and let every muscle in your body just let go as you breathe out. That's good. The ocean is such a beautiful place. The place of supreme. Relax, Asian and eighth. Imagine this place now this place out of a dream, a place where you can rest and let go of all your cares and concerns. The water in the ocean offers us peace and serenity and it has the ability to wipe away alot of our cares and concerns. Water is cleansing and healing very restorative. Since our bodies are made of water, the ocean is a natural place for us to heal. Picture yourself sitting on a warm beach or possibly lying down. The water is clear and warm. You can see all the way down into the water to the sand bar below. You might even see yourself lying there if you were floating on water. Notice her relaxed. You look and feel just lying there, drifting and dreaming. The sun is warm, the air is cool. You can almost taste the sordidness in the ocean breeze
