Hello and welcome to the garden Body scan Meditation. My name is Joe Donlan. This guy to sleep. Meditation will help people to sleep faster and sleep more deeply. Tuning into the body through a simple practice like a body scan is a great way to relax and unwind before going to sleep. So let's begin. Find yourself a quiet place to sit for light out. Take a moment to make sure that you are comfortable. You may want to cover yourself up with a light blanket in case you get cold restaurants loosely along his sides and close your eyes. Take a nice deep breath in and release any stress or tension with each exhale. The body skin is a deep investigation into the moment by moment. Experience of the body. Bringing awareness in acknowledgement to whatever you sense or fill in the body at any given point in time can help you work with and eliminate stress, anxiety and physical pain, which will help you sleep much better. Know that whatever you sense of feel through this experience will be uniquely euro. So for a moment, try and distance yourself from everything that might bother you on this journey.
