mindfulness is created by slowing down, taking notice and being present. Breathing deeply creates ease and space in your life so you can better accomplish the task of your day, no matter what that may be. So I invite you to sit back or sit up straight. Whatever feels best, have your feet rest gently on the floor. Be comfortable. Be present. Notice where you are and what is around you acknowledge. But being observer, you may be in a noisy office or a quiet spot in a park or forest. Anywhere is a good place to be to relax. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in, fill your lungs. Listen to your breath as you exhale.
