So before we get, um, the the the organization also probably be aware, but it has to have a vision and have to have a plan. And that plan has to be documented because you gotta you gotta understand, what is it that the stages you're looking to do with them and who visit involved particularly large? Um, uh, it is a large scale friends. You've got to have a plan and that plan basis. It's gotta be, uh they've got together basic with as many different stakeholders from as many different groups possible. Um, it's going to be circulated. Uh, it's gotta be the usual thing. It's gotta be inquired to do due diligence on it, just to make sure, you know, is that the plan that you really want to execute again? So you got to have that once you have that plan, but skill skills that you need, um, and before you simple thing, uh, perform a gap analysis. So I understand why the skills that you need understand where you have gaps and weaknesses. Um, if you do have skills one of the you start executing your plan, you need someone who can do the transformation. We need a single stakeholder basic who is ultimately responsible, regular, successful transformation of the organization. Um, and Buck stops with them. Um, now, for that individual person, I mean, you know, in the past, we've sort of been called digital offices, but you know, different organizations about different people doing different things. Um, once you've identified your gap analysis, you then have to make the internal decision on whether you actually go and hire people individually. Um, whether you you do some in house, you do some, um you do something about salty or you get in the supplier. Um, typically, but the the majority of organizations, they will hire their own accounts team. And typically it's C A senior team, Um, with three levels. So have your senior team. Um, you have your mid market middle tier, difficult managers that comes up, and then you have people excusing stuff. But then, uh, depending on the size of the old, uh, it's often very, very difficult to build out team and find the skills so you end up having to part. So that's you know. So this this is where you can go through. Our processes are by our processes. Uh, and then you identify partners. But if you want to work with, uh, what do you want to work collaboratively with them on the application development, our service development or whatever it happens to be, um So, uh, one of the biggest one of the biggest barriers to a the the successful completion of the project is actually lack of the right account.
