Place the tip into the mini pc our sample tube and rotate with fingers to remove colony from tip. The liquid in the tube should turn cloudy as the microbial colony is transferred into the tube. Discard the tip in the trash. Repeat this process for the remaining identified colonies. Up to two colonies can be added to each many PCR tube. Your tubes are now ready to be loaded into the mini PC our machine.
