Hi, My name is Carrie Gray, and I want to share with you the story of how cancer saved my life. Like many people, my childhood was far from ideal. Abandoned by my mother at age two was followed by my father at age 12 at age 14. I vowed to never do to my Children would have been done to me growing up in that Lovelace environment age 15 that was a change. I thought I found love instead. What found me was a monster and age 16 we were pregnant, and by age 19 I had fled for my life, my child, from a cruel and abusive relationship. A year later, I was drugged and raped by a stranger, and I almost committed suicide from the trauma. But 21 had seen my life had changed. Prince Charming came in. The picture, swept me off my feet. Married, had Children. But in time he proved to be another kind of abuse. Well, at 25 my life changed in a way I could have never predicted when I was diagnosed terminal with liver cancer. I'll never forget that day on my knees that night to my heavenly father I beg for the wisdom to know how to handle this. I begged him not to give to my Children what had been given to me. I couldn't bear the thought of them having that pain. I was directed to an energy medicine practitioner, and she helped me to find all the things that had contributed to my health crisis, including the emotional traumas that were the core root cause of cancer. Once we address those remission followed. I'm proud to say it's been over 30 years since her mission, but sadly, in that time, I've also watched people who have taken treatments provided by their health insurance that were barbaric and cruel and made death feel like a welcome relief. You know, it doesn't have to be this way anymore. That's why I founded a nonprofit given a second chance at life. I knew that I had to do something with what my second chance did, and it has given me the ability to create the health revolution. Yes, we're talking energy, medicine, primary care, any new, healthy insurance alternative. Yes, this is the message that you'll find an alternate care dot org's and if you shift your dollars to back this kind of change. We can be the change that we want to see. We can solve this problem with love with compassion with humanity if we joined together. So this isn't just the story of how cancer saved my life. It's a story of how I might just have saved yours too. Thank you.
