Using either a dropper or a micro pipette, transfer approximately 10 micro leaders of the specimen to the specimen. Well, then add two drops of buffer. Approximately 80 micro leaders to the buffer well, start the timer and read the result after 10 minutes. Do not interpret the results. After 20 minutes, they will be unreliable and potentially invalid.
