For in a university measured in terms of its members, teaching is the world's largest profession. In the late 20th century, it was estimated that there were 30 million teachers throughout the world. So what's the next sense you want to learn about today? Taste, Of course. That's your favorite sense, isn't it? Humans have a very developed sense of taste. We love variety were also the Onley living things that artificially flavor our food to enhance its taste. Why is mindfulness practice so important if greater well being isn't enough of an incentive? Scientists have discovered that mindfulness techniques help improve physical health in a number of ways. Mindfulness can help relieve stress, treat heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, improved sleep and alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties. Research suggests that mindfulness helps us tune out distractions and improves our memory and attention skills. It also improves our ability to recall information from start to plate. Today, I'll teach you how to make the perfect pancake. Let's do this in a large bull mix a cup of all purpose flour with two tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of baking powder and a teaspoon of salt. Blend it all together, and now it's time to add the eggs and milk. And don't forget the oil you'll need two tablespoons. Are we having fun yet? Hey, I've got a question for you. What starts his life as an egg, then walks on many legs, and then he uses wings to fly a butterfly. Correct. You are so smart. But did you know that there are 17,000 different kinds of butterflies and they all come in different colors, sizes and patterns? In fact, there's one thing that all butterflies have in common. They all used to be caterpillars.
