welcome to zoom Room meeting technology scheduling tablets As we approach the conference room. The first thing that becomes clear thanks to the availability beacons is that this conference room is currently available. Upon further inspection, we see the clock indicates the time is 3 59 and further review indicates that our meeting is beginning at 4 p.m. Additionally, we notice meetings following ours are listed below. This information is useful for potentially reserving this room later in the day. As the clock turns four, the availability beacons turn from green dread, indicating the room is no longer available. We also notice that our meeting title turns a corresponding red to indicate it is the active meeting before entering the room. Let's get acquainted with its components in the ceiling. There's an occupancy sensor that allows for room automation, such as powering the displays on and off automatically. At the head and center of the table, there are controller screens. The center in this configuration is a combination speaker phone controller screen. These provide control for the rooms speaker mix camera, etcetera on longer tables such as this satellite microphones will be outfitted for audio pickup and easy access to mute and on mute the microphones at the front of the room.
