our world was blindsided. Our lives disrupted, classrooms grew silent, education interrupted. Though billions of us were affected. Not everything was lost. We learned to learn remotely, but it came with a cost. Yet through this unparalleled learning catastrophe, we grasp the true value of education for humanity. How it holds us all together, nurturing minds, hearts and dreams. How it protects us from risk provides for so many of our needs. We knew we had to go all out to fight for our learning to go on. But we had to make it better with a place for everyone. And as we pushed and innovated as we partnered and created something amazing happen, standing together stronger students, teachers, parents, organizations, governments with fresh and bold commitments altogether, rallying to get everyone back to school, acknowledging education and society's most powerful tool to restore to include, to protect, to sustain. To turn the lessons we learned from covert into real change, though, the road ahead still stretches out far and hard and long. Let's keep building up education for a better future for everyone, or let's keep building up education. Let's make our future strong
