Welcome to today's lotus heart meditation from rubio. This simple meditation will help you be aware of the pure love deep within your heart and experience bliss. Now find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed, sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. We tend to associate changes in our lives with special occasions such as the end of the year or our birthday. Yet we often forget that we can in fact initiate change every morning simply by changing our focus. Each day is a brand new beginning and it is up to us on how we use it. Breathing into spaces is an exercise to help you oxygenate your body and train your brain and engage your heart. It will bring you to an optimal mode for managing stress and enhancing performance. It's also a way to explore your mind and body connection. The aim of this exercise is to help you shift to a more relaxed state. We will start with the ritual breath which you already know. Then you'll bring your breathing back to normal while you focus your attention on various spaces in your body.
