Change is now a constant of the ability to respond effectively to change is a skill that leaders must have. And adaptability doesn't live in itself to leaders. The teams they lead bust themselves, be adaptable and able to reshape themselves and refocus their energies to new challenges. The ability to be nimble in today's critical e rapidly changing global. Try that again. The ability to be nimble in today's rapidly changing global environment is critical for success. As they walk along, they suddenly hear a loud, crashing doings and look up to see a very, very big bear charging at them. One of the hunters immediately drops his backpack and begins to change into running shoes. You don't really think you can outrun that bear? Do you ask the other hoods? No, but I cannot read.
