Why can't I purchase the job add-ons using my Manager account?

Multi-user accounts allow organizations to invite other members of their team to access to their Voices.com client account.

Access for these sub-account users is limited to specific areas of the Owner’s account as determined by their Role. Manager accounts can do most things that an Owner can but are not able to make changes to core account or memberships settings, create sub-accounts, purchase job add-ons, or make and release payments.

If you need access to the features of a Rush or Share job add-on and are not permitted to apply them by your role you will need to reach out to your account's Owner or Administrator to either purchase the add-on for you or update your role so that you can do so yourself.
