Why is my information looking outdated in the Android app compared to the website?

Updating the App

If you are viewing the Jobs, Messages or Payments sections of the Android app and find that the information displayed seems old or out of date you can refresh this data by tapping on the Refresh button at the top of the screen. 

Clearing Your Cache

If refreshing the app does not update your information, you may need to clear the Voices.com app's cache. Cached information is saved onto your Android device to speed up common tasks but can become outdated.

To clear the cache follow these steps: 
  1. Go to the home screen of your Android device.
  2. Tap to open the Launcher.
  3. Locate and tap on Settings.
  4. Tap on Apps and then scroll down to find the Voices.com item.
  5. Tap on the Voices.com item.
  6. Tap on the Clear Cache button.
  7. Next go back to the home screen.
  8. Finally, restart the app. 
Now the app should now be running with nothing in its cache.
