What Does The Acquisition of Voicebank Mean for Producers?

As a producer looking for voice actors for your projects, you will have a single destination - Voices.com - for all of your voice over needs with access to union talent, freelance professional talent, translation, and more.

If you haven’t already received or created a Voices.com login, you may need to create new login credentials to access Voices.com.


What’s Staying The Same?

Connect with Talent Agencies: You will still have the ability to post union jobs and invite an incredible selection of talent agencies from markets in the U.S. and Canada to audition the talent they represent. Don’t see a talent agent you’re interested in? We’re adding more every day, but would love to hear from you - email support@voices.com with the agency you were hoping to work with and we will reach out to them.

Search for Union Talent: You can search for talent agencies and union represented talent by using the Voices.com search engine. For guidance on how to turn on the ability to search for union talent and post union jobs, read this article. Once turned on, you can click through to any talent agency profile to easily view the talent agency’s details and the voice actors and demos they have included.

Work as a Creative Team: The Voices.com platform offers tools to create, edit, and share shortlists of auditions, as well as the ability to create and manage collaborative work teams within your organization.

Messages and File Downloads: You will have the ability to message with talent agencies on a job-by-job basis, and approve and download files, all within the Voices.com platform.

Account Access & Users

My login for Voicebank doesn’t work on Voices.com. How do I login?

The more modern Voices.com platform includes improved security, therefore your Voicebank.net login will not work. If you haven’t already received a Voices.com login from your Account Manager, you will need to create new login credentials to access Voices.com.

What happened to my Voicebank login after June 22, 2018?

As of June 22, 2018, visitors to Voicebank are be redirected to Voices.com. You will not be able to access projects and files associated with your Voicebank login after this date.
 

What if I already have a Voices.com account?

If you have an existing Voices.com login you may continue using it. You will NOT need to create new login credentials. If you have a Voices.com login but do not already have access to union job postings and union search, please contact your Account Manager.

Can’t remember your Account Manager’s name or contact info? Login and click Post a Job to find their info.
 

How do I get a Voices.com login?

If you haven’t already received a Voices.com login from your Account Manager, you will need to create new login credentials to access Voices.com.

My company has many users on Voicebank. Will everyone automatically have access on Voices.com?

You may have already received a Voices.com login from your Account Manager or someone at your company.  

Anyone at your company can have a Voices.com login. Your login allows you to post union jobs and decide how/if you would like to collaborate with others. 

Ways to collaborate include: adding multiple users to create a team who collaborate under one account; using our Sharing Tool to quickly and easily generate a shortlist URL to share with clients or other members of your company.   

Your Account Manager is committed to making sure you have the best possible experience on Voices.com. They are available to help you understand the best approach and assist you, and answer any questions you may have.
 

I have users who need view only access to listen to auditions. How do I do that?

Users who previously had view only access on Voicebank may not require access on Voices.com. You can use the Sharing Tool within any union job to collaborate with others. If the individual needs to login to review auditions, you can add them as a user (you can remove at any time). 

 


 

Pricing & Payment

How much does it cost to post a job on Voices.com?

Speak to your Account Manager for details. There is no fee to post a job for freelance professional talent.
 

What are the storage fees for files on Voices.com?

There are no storage fees for files on the Voices.com platform.
 

What are my payment options?

Speak to your Account Manager to discuss payment options, and details for Unlimited Union job posting.
 

Our company has multiple offices. Do we have to pay for each office to use Voices.com?

If your company opts for Unlimited Union job posting, an annual fee will apply for each office location. Speak to your Account Manager for details.

 
 

Talent Agencies

 

Are the talent agencies from Voicebank available on Voices.com?

We are working diligently with our talent agency partners to ensure they are accessible on the Voices.com platform. In addition, new talent agencies that were not previously available on Voicebank.net will be added on Voices.com.

If there is a particular agency that you are looking for, please reach out to your Account Manager or email support@voices.com and we will work to connect you with them.
 

How do I see which talent agencies are on Voices.com?

You can find and select specific talent agencies during the union job posting process. You can also find a listing of talent agencies and demos of their represented talent using Search. 

Talent partner agencies that were accessible on Voicebank.net as well as new talent agencies are always being added to the Voices.com platform.

If you cannot find a particular agency that you are looking for, please reach out to your Account Manager or email support@voices.com.
 

Can I invite individual agencies to a job?

Yes. The union job posting process makes it easy for you to search and select the talent agencies you wish to invite to your job.  
 

Are there limits for how many auditions a talent agency can submit for a union job?

Currently, agencies are able to submit auditions for up to 99 talent per job. You will not be charged a fee for files sent or received on the Voices.com platform.
