AUDITION SCRIPT

MILLIONS OF PEOPLE IN OUR COUNTRY RELY ON FREE TELEVISION FOR EMERGENCY INFORMATION, NEWS, SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT. IT’S HARD TO BELIEVE, BUT THE FCC IS CONSIDERING A PROPOSAL THAT COULD JEOPARDIZE THIS.

AT THE REQUEST OF A FEW BIG TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES, THE FCC IS VOTING ON A PLAN THAT COULD ALLOW UNLICENSED MOBILE DEVICES TO CAUSE HARMFUL INTERFERENCE TO TELEVISIONS, WHETHER THEY ARE FREE OR CONNECTED TO CABLE.
