Job Description

The project is to translate and record 161 IVR prompts from English to Brazilian Portuguese for a telephone IVR system. The recordings are typically one to two seconds in length for basic number, currency, and date information. “Press 1.” , “January,”, and "For our payment address,"

Several recordings (about 12) are approximately 5 to 15 seconds with the following examples "This service is not currently available in Portuguese. We apologize for the inconvenience. To continue, Press 1 for English, Press 2 for Spanish." and "Your account has already been activated. If you need further assistance please call the customer service number located on the back of your credit card. Thank you for calling."

Please consider these are IVR prompts that will be assembled together to create sentences. A comma in the prompt indicates the inflection needs to flow into another recording the IVR appends to the current recording.

A final list of the recordings can be sent if needed.

Since client has not provided audition script please submit a generic demo for client to review
