Job Description

We’re NogginLabs, and we’ve been crafting quality e-learning since 1997. Quality at the best price, delivered by honest, hard-working individuals is a business model that will never be outdated--just ask your mother and father. It is our business model, and unfortunately that makes us rather unique in the e-learning industry.

The purpose of this course is to help you hone your sales skills by using a new concept called “The Symptoms-Focused Conversation.”

The Symptoms-Focused Conversation is a method of asking open-ended questions in an effort to narrow your sales conversation down to the subject of a single patient. That patient will then become the reference point of that sales call.

The benefits of the Symptoms-Focused Conversation include: creating a meaningful dialogue with the doctor, personifying statistical data and gaining a foothold in the doctor’s prescribing habits.

For context, this course contains a brief review of specific symptoms. Not to worry – this isn’t a standard training course where you’ll stand by and passively watch the action take place. In this course, you’ll have the opportunity to jump right into the action through interactive simulated conversations with doctors.

By the end of this section, you will be able to distinguish the different course navigation features, explain the role of simulated conversations within the course and explain the role of experts within the course.

The navigational controls for this course are located in the lower left corner of the screen. The “back” button will return you to the page previously visited. The “continue” button will allow you to advance to the next page in the course.

This course also contains audio and video. Please make sure that your settings and volume levels are adjusted accordingly. If you experience technical difficulties please check your settings.

This course uses an interactive concept called the simulated conversation. It’s a lot like a flight simulator, but as you’ll see, much, much better!

Like a flight simulator, you’ll have the opportunity to soar gracefully or crash and burn during your simulated sales conversations. You’ll interact with doctors of various social styles, who will put your sales skills to the test in an array of environments with real-world time constraints. Not to worry, though, you’ll have some help along the way.
