Job Description

What I need done:
I need a number of various poems read, in recognizable "celebrity" voices.

What I already have versus what the voice talent will provide:
I have the poetry, which is from the canon of classical English literature. I can work with you, to pick out the poems that you believe will work well with the character voice you impersonate.

Other requirements:
I am not experienced at soliciting voice actors. I prefer someone who has access to their own studio, good quality recording equipment, or a studio that is affordable. If at all possible, I would also like to find someone who is experienced in audio mixing as well, for appropriate background sounds.

The target audience is kids, so the voices should be of celebrities in the generation that kids (ages 3-20) will recognize.

You can look at our website www.apoetry.com for an example of the final product.

Timeframe:
I would like to get 10 readings (in various characters) recorded by the end of November.

Example of Poem: Tyger, Tyger by William Blake, to be read in the voice style of Laurence Fishburne. Or Shakespeare read by Patrick Stewart.
