Job Description

I have a phone system which will have audio played in various parts of the telephone system to explain phone prompts, deliver sales messages as well as give instruction for a employees mailbox.

Here are the prompts;

Phone welcome
When a person calls into the system, a voice will present the number options which can be pressed to access sub menus in the phone system. It is expected that there will be a greeting which is sales oriented, then an explanation of the various departments and what numbers to press for those departments. There must also be mention that the telephone user can enter an extension at anytime if they want to contact someone directly.

Departmental In-Queue
There are three departments. Each will have a unique recording which cycles to present sales and marketing information (promotional information) as it applies to the department which is being waited for pick up.

Departmental Leave Message
The message which plays after nobody has answered a specific departments queue; it will apologize and ask for the telephone user to leave a message.

Operator On-Hold
A general hold message which will be played anytime a telephone user is waiting for a specific employee to pickup after being placed on-hold. The message will have a promotional script for the purpose of upselling products and services, while also notifying the telephone user that someone will be with them shortly.

After Business Hours
The message will have a promotional script for the purpose of marketing the company, while also notifying the telephone user that the office is closed and they should press a certain number to leave a message.

Dial by Name Prompt
When a telephone user selects they want to find an extension by first and last name, the introduction should give brief instructions of how to lookup an extension by employee name.

Employee Voice Mail Prompt
There are two employees; each will need a voice mail prompt which gives the telephone user instructions on leaving a message for the employees name.

There may, or may not be, a couple of other small prompt requirements which I have not illustrated here; so you will need to be flexible in doing up to 2-4 more which are not outlined here.

You will not be required to write the scripts. All writing is being done by us, for you to execute.

No music is required, we will mix that post production.
