Job Description

We're looking for one person who can do a variety of voices (male, female, old, young, different personalities) and record the lines for all of the characters in our game. The game has several characters (more than are mentioned in this email) and about 680 lines of dialogue.

First, a bit about Masyanya:

Masyanya's speech should be slightly lazy, like a young metropolitan woman. Mild sarcasm, mistrust, irritation and irony will all be apparent in her voice at different times. Her pronunciation shouldn't always be clear; she should sound like she barely cares what she sounds like. Nevertheless, her speech should be easy to understand. Moreover, Masyanya should speak in an exaggerated manner. When a sentence is long, she should giggle once she stops talking.

We'd like to hear a demo using these lines:

Masyanya: "So that was the problem! Shaggy must have done this. What a dork! I'll have to kick his butt."

Masyanya: "Say 'Silly parrot! Silly parrot!' What's the matter? Cat have your tongue?

Boss (middle aged man, bossy): "A famous psychic found a ghost in her apartment. Go there and get up close and personal with it. Maybe even take a couple of photos."

Secretary to the boss (young woman, sees herself as superior to Masyanya, irritated): "There's a box of photos on the table. I need you to sort them into pairs. And if you don't want to help, well, don't let the door hit you in the butt on your way out."

Old man (cemetery grounds man and watchman): “Shoot or I'll stop! I mean stop or I'll shoot!"

Old lady (distressed): "I left my purse open and all my pension money is gone. What am I going to do? I wish somebody would help me find it."

Psychic (eccentric lady): “Be careful! Mars has entered the shade of the Snake Catcher. Which means the possibility of grim accidents -- GRIM accidents -- is high!"

You can email the demo to or send a download link to the same address. Thanks!
