Job Description

This cry was heard hundreds….in fact, thousands of times during the five days of the Jesus Festival in Moshi, Tanzania. Tanzanians of all ages and backgrounds gathered in the largest stadium in this city….sick, needy…desperate for healing.

But the kind of faith that Peter Youngren spoke of…was new to everyone. Even the pastors on the stage.

Freedom and healing came…as people realized that regardless of their lack of faith…simply calling on Jesus, the source of faith, would produce miracles. Both Physical and Spiritual healings took place during the five days of the Moshi festival.

But it was halfway through the final night when a miracle happened that very few had ever experienced. A young mother…with her one-year-old daughter…born with brain damage and a hole in her heart…grasping…pleading for any last hope.

As these witnesses will tell you…there seemed to be none.

About 15 minutes later…Bishop Lazarro, the same man that feared the crowds reaction to what may have been a dead baby…interrupted the service with a miracle testimony.

As miraculous as the healing was…the effects will be even more eternal than physical health. That day…on the festival stage…the baby’s mother received salvation for the first time. Adding her voice to the tens of thousands of people who acknowledged Jesus as their savior that miraculous week in Moshi.
