Job Description started in 1981 as a pro shop in We opened our third store in 1984. From 1985-1991 we conducted services pertaining to the operations of professional tournaments for the Ladies Pro Bowlers Tour. Our next pro shop was opened in 1992. In 1996 we purchased our first domain name, and began to envision the future of bowling utilizing the internet. We have since opened two other shops in 2001 and in 2002.

We are looking to expand our phone system IVR with a detailed FAQ that our customers will navigate through.

The final script will be about 1200 words in length in a Word Document.

So, you need help using the shopping system?
No problem, I will walk you through a transaction step-by-step.

The first step of the process, you will need to return to our home page. This can be done by clicking the link that says HOME on the top left hand side of your screen.

Once there you will see a search box. If you are looking for a specific item, you may enter the item you are looking for in the search. If not, there are several categories below to help organize all the bowling equipment for easier browsing.

Once you have found an item you would like to purchase or would like to see more information on an item, click on the image of the item. This will bring up a detailed screen about that item.

Once you have decided you would like to purchase this item, select the options you would like (ex.: weight, size, color, style etc.). Then you may add any of our recommended accessories at no additional cost of shipping to you. Once you have finished selecting your options and recommended accessories click the link that says add to cart.

At this point, you have the option of entering a quantity of all items you have selected. Next, you have the option of continuing shopping or to checkout.

To checkout, simply fill out the secure order form with your shipping and billing information then click review. If all the information is correct click place order.

That's it! You will see a confirmation for your order and will receive an email receipt for your records. We will contact you as quickly as possible with tracking information from UPS.
