Job Description

What I need done:
JWPS, has a client that has written a text for their webinar. I need a voice over for the female part. The female part will be a prospect that is engaged in a sales process. So the voice over needs to be confident, and inquisitive. I need to hire someone who can read well.
Timeframe for delivery:
I'll need the voice-over recorded and delivered, in .wav, format, to me within 5 days.

Need Audition audio
My client will have to approve the talent so please provide a snippet of this text with your bid.

Hibbard: Would you mind if I just confirm a couple of the items you’d sent over in that email?
FEMALE: Yes. That would be fine.
Hibbard: Okay, perfect. So I just wanted to double check with the team. You guys have about 900 employees?
Female: That’s correct.
Hibbard: And 35 hiring locations?
Female: Actually, we do all the hiring here at corporate. We have 35 locations. All hiring paperwork is processed through the corporate office. They’ll be hiring managers out in the field, though, that would need access.
Hibbard: So that’s perfect. That’s what I was going to get at. When you process the paperwork, what does that mean to you?
Female: We receive resumes in two ways. One, the corporate office receives resumes via email and fax. We will process it and then send it out to the field. Then two, the field collects resumes and follows up with the applicants. All applications are done in the field except for any paperwork that needs to be completed by the corporate office. The paperwork that the corporate office takes care of are things such as background checks, corporate offer letters, non-solicit/non compete clauses and any new hire paperwork that needs to be entered into the HRIS.
Hibbard: Okay. And that includes like an I-9 and W-4.
Female: I-9s are kept there on the site. W-4s, they send us the paperwork in for the W-4s for any taxes that they have for state taxes.
