Hi,

Telecentrex is a leading provider of virtual communication services. Our company has bridged the gap between small business budgets and advanced communication technology. We offer our customers a suite of virtual communication services with PBX-style features typically found on large scale Fortune 500 telephone systems for a monthly subscription fee at a fraction of the cost. Subscribers have no equipment to buy or software to install.

We will be using this recording on our website to explain the toll free rates for our services. We would like a conversational tone, not formal. See script below.

All Freedom800 voice systems are priced with a base monthly rental plus toll free usage. Our standard "Pay As You Go" rate is 6.9 cents per minute during incoming calls and an additional 4.4 cents per minute during live connected calls. Incoming calls involve one party. For example, when someone calls your toll free number and listens to your pre-recorded messages or when your caller leaves you a voicemail it is considered an inbound call. Inbound calls also apply to incoming faxes or when your system notifies you of a message by call back or pager.

Live or connected calls involve two parties. Examples include connected calls using the Follow-Me-Live Call Transfer feature or outbound calling using the Virtual Calling Card. Live calls are billed at 11.3 cents per minute consisting of the 6.9 cent inbound call plus 4.4 cents for the additional outbound call which connects you to the inbound caller.

All calls are billed in 6 second increments with no minimums, meaning you pay only for the usage incurred and not more.

To help you save even more, we offer a variety of bulk minute plans that help reduce your per minute rate to as low as 4.5 cents a minute. Bulk minutes can be added or changed at anytime, but will not take effect until your next monthly term. Bulk minutes also apply to domestic U.S. calls only. Calls to and from Canada will be billed at our standard "Pay As You Go" rate. Live calls are two separate calls connected together therefore reduce your bulk minutes by 2 minutes for every 1 minute of usage. Unused minutes expire each monthly term. If you happen go over your monthly minute plan, don't worry, you're not penalized. Instead, your rate simply defaults to our standard "Pay As You Go" rate.

There are no additional taxes or hidden fees associated with our service. What you see here is what you'll see on your bill, no surprises.
