Job Description

We require a 30-40 year old sounding voice without a strong accent (ie not Welsh, Scottish) Project is a look at the Gipsy Moth's journey round the world through the eyes of the children onboard, mostly 'reality tv' stuff, but needs to be held together with scripted chunks, with a documentary feel. This will be a narration with a factual, not too fancy tone. We need to get accross the magnitude and heritage of this journey, without being over the top. Competitive quotes only please. This is only the intro to the whole DVD, we will not use this on the final and rip anybody off.... but my client really wants to hear reading of their script so please please post demos with your response. There is another few chunks this size in the final script.....

Sample Script:

In 1967, Sir Francis Chichester began his solo circumnavigation of the world, sailing 28 and a half thousand miles in 226 days - breaking numerous records and earning a well deserved place in the country’s maritime history. Gipsy Moth lV retired to her dry dock in Greenwich, where she slowly deteriorated until Paul Gelder, editor of Yachting Monthly, began a campaign to save this historic vessel from her concrete grave.
