Job Description

Overview: We are looking for a VO that sounds like a conversation more than a typical voiceover or script. Very relaxed. Not necessarily intense.

Audience: 18-25 year olds

Script: From multiple cultures, countries and continents, people from all around the world will gather to take part in this historic event, the 2010 FIFA WorldCup. We believe this event provides a unique opportunity to reach thousands of Chil-dren and Youth with God’s Word. OneHope Teams will be hosting children’s Soccer Clinics in the Limpopo Province of South Africa surrounding the days be-fore and after the event. We will be able to leverage this cross-cultural sports event to further the Gospel through soccer camps and evangelism-based outreaches. Each clinic has a goal to reach 500 children, with a to-tal of 17,500 children expected to be reached with the Gospel. Each child will be given a “Book of Hope” and the opportunity to see our animated film, “The Godman” about the life-story of Jesus. Soccer clinics will be focused on creating local leagues within the Province to continue this opportunity to evangelize and disciple the youth. At OneHope, our mission is to affect destiny by providing God’s Word to every child and youth in the world. We accomplish this by bringing together teams of people to act as the “going-arm” of OneHope to fulfill the Great Commission. These teams are called, OneHope Teams, a relevant approach to missions trips. The team members are given the opportunity to change a life forever through the distribution of the Book of Hope, and now, discipleship through children’s Soccer Clinics. One-Hope Teams, along with local churches and ministries, have delivered God’s Word to over six hundred million young people in over 125 countries.
