To create a series of 4 explainer videos to showcase the value of investing in REIT's (real estate investment trusts) while making them more accessible to financial advisors and their clients. The training videos will ultimately serve as a call to action to encourage financial advisors to view REIT's as a meaningful and mainstream asset class.
