Job Description

Narration for self produced documentary trailer.
The documentary tells the story of jazz in India.
Will be used for fund raising and further production participation.
Accent neutral for international documentary and broad jazz audience .
Approximately 200 words - 2-3 minutes.

The film has a human curve and a historical curve. The human curve revolves around a lone musician who is still passionate about bop and mainstream jazz. The historical narrative of the final film sweeps from 1926 to the late '80s.

Voice has to be able to communicate the emotional aspect of the human curve yet be neutral enough so as not to overwhelm character interview audio which is in varying degrees of Indian accented English.

Trailer to be cut end of January.
This is a self funded project to date that is currently under funding review. Trailer will be an important catalyst.
