Job Description

What I need done:

I need a read of these possible tags from talent voices.
See the attached sample to see what we are looking for.

The line is: 'Hungry Howie's

How we want it recorded:

Version 1- Talent needs to say 'Hungry' in the form of a question and then 'Howie's' in the form of an answer AND 'Howie's' must be sang in either an operetta or 1950's style commercial - something very happy.

Version 2 - If you can't sing, feel free to still read the 'howie's' line anyway just in case we like your read better than having it sang. Just make sure it is read like a question and then answer it --- such as - Hungry? Howie's!

Version 3 - Just read the line 5-10 times with whatever interpretation you want - We are looking for surprises and ideas!!!

See attached Scratch track for possible ideas

What I already have versus what the voice talent will provide:

I have a script. All I need is a few example reads, either reads from talent within the Detroit and surrounding area or from talent with a home studio available to telecommute and record. Our agency and recording studio are located in Rochester, MI. If you are not in the area and selected, you must be able to provide a recording from home studio while telecommuting for direction. Phone patching is a plus.

You must also submit studio-quality completed materials via FTP or via email through sites like Usendit capable of handling large giles. We'd like to use the highest quality sample rates when possible - 16 to 24 bit.

If you are recording for a home studio and are chosen for this script just send over the raw audio.

Other requirements that the voice talent will need to know:

We are looking for professional talents both male and female.

Timeframe for delivery:

If chosen, I'll need the voice-over recorded by the end of the week of Jan 25. A decision on voice talent will be determined during this week.

If you reply to this please be available for recording the week of Jan 25.

Note from Voices.com: It is recommended that you protect all your audition work by watermarking the submission or only recording a portion of the script provided by the client. This will render your audition file useless for anything other than reviewing your voice. Not sure what watermarking is? Please visit our FAQ section for more information.
