Job Description

"The valor and sacrifice of the Marines and Sailors who fought on Iwo Jima is, today and forever, the standard by which we judge what we are and what we might become."
~ General James L. Jones - 32nd Commandant, US Marine Corp

This February 23rd is the 65th Anniversary of the raising of the flag on Iwo Jima where U.S. Marine Corp sustained some of the highest casualties of any battle in WWII. In support of the National Veterans Foundation, I am directing a 20-minute documentary short that celebrates the service and sacrifice of the soldiers who fought and died at Iwo Jima. The documentary is not meant for broadcast, but will be given out as a premium gift for donors who make a substantial contribution to the National Veterans Foundation (www.NVF.org) in honor of the sacrafice at Iwo Jima.

I am specifically looking 3 voices to each reach 1-2 quotations like the one above. This is a very short assignment and for a good cause.

For over a quarter of a century, the National Veterans Foundation (www.nvf.org) has been dedicated to helping America’s Veterans adjust to the challenges of life after military service.
Founded by one of the pioneers in PTSD research and treatment, the foundation runs a crisis hotline, a Jobs-For-Vets resource center, and a homeless street team outreach program. The experienced, all-Veteran staff of the National Veterans Foundation have helped over 300,000 Veterans and their families who have no where else to turn.

"Of the Marines on Iwo Jima, uncommon valor was a common virtue"
~ Fleet Admiral Chester W. Nimitz, U.S Navy
