Job Description

We’re looking for an international, non-American, female English speaker. In terms of delivery, it should be natural and practical as if the narrator is a business person who really understands and is passionate (but not over the top) about what she is talking about.

I think the tone in this video is a good example of the right energy that we would be looking for in our piece.

We are looking for an accent similar to the broadcaster in this video – though we don’t want the delivery to be similar:

Our budget is around $300. The narration will total 2 to 3 minutes in length, and is for an internal corporate video. If you are interested please send me a reading of the script excerpt below.

SCRIPT EXCERPT:

What if you could see the future? What if you could make sense of uncertain markets and get more from your real estate portfolio?

This is Iain. And he needs to find $12 million in savings for his company. Iain’s the head of corporate real estate for a global financial firm. And they’re about to buy a global competitor with a presence in some new markets and duplicate coverage in many others.

This morning, talking with his CEO, Iain got the latest on the acquisition. It will give them a huge boost in market share and they’ll be much more competitive.

But management has high expectations. They want the deal to deliver $250 million in savings and efficiencies. And real estate needs to make up five percent of that.

So, before the transaction closes, Iain and his team have to quickly run the numbers on both portfolios and find ways to reach the goal.

But with today’s unpredictable markets, that’s a tall order.
