Job Description

Project Overview:
A 3 to 5 minute video documenting the collaborative process, complexity, and how Saint-Gobain Life Sciences overcame the challenges of the Hercules project.

For the past year, Saint-Gobain PPL Life Sciences has had the unique opportunity to partner with a pharmaceutical organization developing cutting-edge immunotherapy drugs for cancer patients, as well as an engineering and design firm that creates the hardware to process the drug. Saint-Gobain’s involvement is in the deconstructing and reconstructing of the Gaithersburg, MD facility to accommodate the demands of this project, including building a clean room to house all of the equipment required to manufacture the drug, customizing and providing the bioprocessing single-use sets, laboratory bags and medical components used in the drug making process, as well as the necessary components needed in administering the drug to patients. This very large project (code name = Hercules) is a three-way collaboration between the end customer (user), an engineering design firm (automation design) and Saint-Gobain.

Key Messages:
• Full transparency and collaboration of processes and information between the Saint-Gobain Life Sciences businesss and the outside partners
• Sheer complexity and technical challenges of the project
• Newness of manufacturing to these standards on such a scale
• Completely open and transparent relationship between Saint-Gobain, Argos Therapeutics and Invetech

The primary target audience is internal Saint-Gobain executives and employees. As a secondary target audience, footage may be used to develop a video or communications for external use. This project documents a prime example of collaboration between Saint-Gobain business units and outside suppliers, all working toward one common goal.

Looking for a genuine, believable, informative read. Would prefer a conversational tone while keeping in mind it is a professional, corporate audience.

The read should sound: straight-forward, genuine, informative
The read should NOT sound: like a sales pitch
The listener should feel: informed and inspired

The script is still in progress. It currently runs about 750 words long and that count will change by the time the script has been finalized. So we can revisit the quote at that time. I've provided a small portion of the script for reference in the meantime.
