Hello ... I am looking for a very quick turn around for the below paragraph. Talent needs to be male, sound in 20's or early 30's, either Italian or Brazilian accent (but clear English).

Will award best earliest talent posted. Need file (MP3 format) by close of business Eastern Time today. Also: no room for re-dos, so please please triple-check the file before submitting if you are selected. Should take a professional about 15 minutes to do this one ... tops.

This has potential to spin into more work ... THANKS!

VOICE TALENT: This character – young Portuguese or Italian (America or Canadian) accent. However be careful not to be “stereotypical” in delivery. Previous talent sounded too much like someone trying to do an accent. Should be NATURAL.

[START SCRIPT] "Did you know … that in my lifetime I have seen so many things and experienced so much, I hardly know where to begin. My friends and I grew up in a time of great economic expansion, for the most part. We’ve had lots of opportunities, entertainment options, and technology – laptops, Internet, Game Boy, iPhone, iPods. We’re part of the technology generation, and in the U.S. alone, there are 70 million of us. Some people call us Gen Y or Millennials or Nexters. I’d rather you just call me by my name, Renato.

The world seems a pretty chaotic place sometimes – and for many of us, the world is more accessible than ever. What may seem new to you feels normal to me. I’m used to instant, constant connection – texting, Internet, TV, phone, camera, video, music, and more. Another thing, while others may find diversity new or uncomfortable, our world is diverse. When I see a lack of diversity – now that’s unnatural.

Many of our parents treated us as equals and gave us a lot of guidance. Because we’ve been exposed to so much, we’re pretty savvy. Lots of us are team players who like to feel included and appreciated. Please get us involved. But don’t put your values on us. The things that were important to another age group might not be important to us – we grew up in different worlds.

Do you know what motivates me? I’m looking for meaningful work, coaching and training that will develop my skills and connect to my personal and career goals. Oh, one more thing – flexibility! I NEED flexibility so I can live my life. Lots of people my age feel this way.

By the way, please don’t talk down to us or have lower expectations, just because we’re young – my friends and I just might surprise you."
