NetSupport Limited is the founding member of the NetSupport Group and was incorporated in 1989. It is a privately owned Limited Company registered in the United Kingdom.

The Company's worldwide HQ is located in Peterborough, United Kingdom. The focus at these offices is on product development and customer support. NetSupport also has international sales and support centres in the USA, Canada, UK, Germany and Japan.

We are producing a presentation highlighting the benefits of our product over alternative solutions. Part of this presentation is responding to common questions posted by customers. As such we want individual audio clips to represent different customer questions that can then be inserted into our presentation.

This may be untypical be we either want different voices or one individual who is able to vary the tone / pitch of their voice so they do not appear to be a string of questions from the same individual.

Each of the following will be a standalone voice clip.

(1) We want to invest in a mature solution where we can be confident it will be supported in the future. Tell me about NetSupport. How many customers do you have and what is the typical NetSupport user?

(2) What type of connectivity do I need to use NetSupport Manager and how does that differ compared to other solutions?

(3) Our Networks are very secure so how can I use NetSupport to support my staff in the field?

(4) Security is key for our organization. How does NetSupport address these concerns?

(5) What about monitoring multiple systems? What is different in NetSupport Manager?

(6) Everyone offers the ability to view and control remote screens. What extra functionality do you offer when managing remote systems that would justify the cost?

(7) Why would I want to pay for Inventory features in NetSupport Manager when I already have an asset management solution?

(8) With NetSupport Manager you can Show a screen. What is the point of that and when would I use it?

(9) Can we use NetSupport Manager for Training? If so what is different in your solution to say NetOP and PC Anywhere?

(10) I can use VNC and not have to pay anything, so how do you justify your price model?

(11) We have been evaluating NetOP as well. Why would I choose NetSupport Manager? They seem very similar.

(12) We already use Remote Desktop. I can�t see the point in paying extra money for NetSupport.

(13) Why would I bother with maintenance? 20% seems a lot each year to pay just in case I have a problem!

(14) Tell me more!

(15) Why not use GotomyPC or LogmeinRemote? I only have to pay a few dollars every month.

(16) We are not just a Windows environment. Does that rule NetSupport out as a viable solution?

(17) We need to manage remote devices such as EPOS systems, Stock Control units and such like. Do you offer a solution for these as well?
