Job Description

WHAT I NEED: Record eight (8) short narrations to be used in a short historical video about Washington State University's Lewis Alumni Centre. A final copy of the script is attached.

TIMEFRAME: Final selection will be made on April 7. Finished recordings must be received by April 16.

DELIVERABLE: One audio file for each of the 8 narrations. Only need voice recorded. WSU production staff will add music and graphics during the production process. Finished video will run approximately 3 minutes.

USE AND AUDIENCE: Video will be shown in the Lewis Alumni Centre, and available on the WSU Alumni Association web site at http://alumni.wsu.edu. Audience is WSU alumni of all age groups.

ARTISTIC DIRECTION: We are looking for a voice that can convey what a remarkable project this was, can help instill pride in the accomplishments of those who built the facility. Needs to clearly convey the technical complexity of the project. Should have energy and enthusiasm, but more low-key than a radio ad.

Note from Voices.com: It is recommended that you protect all your audition work by watermarking the submission or only recording a portion of the script provided by the client. This will render your audition file useless for anything other than reviewing your voice. Not sure what watermarking is? Please visit our FAQ section for more information.
